LESSO wooden door has got through such problems by three core technical process. ①38+15mm thicker door panel, good performance in anti-warping; ②Cool pressing technique, automatic feeding and cold pressing process effective prevents the deformation; ③Adding some special material to reinforce the door page, door panel and door core for high-end quality and long-time using.

To improve the production efficiency and assure the quality, we use full set advanced production equipment like the closed dust-free UV roller coating line from Italy, making sure the surface treatment for door panel smooth and color symmetrical. With the timber material drying machine and automatic temperature control, the moisture content can be reached the most suitable percentage.
